Going The Extra Mile
Every quarter, IPM celebrates the success and dedication of its employees with the "Going the Extra Mile" award.
This recognition is given to two employees—one from the office staff and one from the ground or facilities team—in appreciation of their hard work and commitment.
Along with a certificate, recipients receive vouchers as a token of our gratitude for their efforts. This award is our way of acknowledging those who consistently go above and beyond.

Throughout the year, IPM organizes a variety of social events to bring together all employees, from office staff to grounds maintenance and facilities teams.

IPM Social Society
At IPM, we understand the importance of balancing work with downtime.
To support this, IPM has an in-house social committee made up of office staff from all departments. Each quarter, the committee receives a budget to plan fun activities around the office. These might include Halloween treats, pizza parties, extra festive decorations, or some well-deserved sweet treats on a Friday lunchtime.
These small gestures go a long way in boosting team spirit and bringing staff together.
