We are thrilled to introduce the newest member of our Service Desk team, Nick Jacobs.
Nick joined us over the summer and has been working closely with our team to support the Landscape and Property Maintenance Service Desks. With a solid background in service delivery, he has quickly become a valued member of our existing team.
In addition to his professional experience, Nick holds a degree in Performing Arts and enjoys participating in theatrical productions during his spare time.
Neil Fleming, Chief Operating Officer, shared his thoughts on Nick’s arrival:
