IPM's London team are proud to showcase one of our latest landscape projects, The Folgate Building. A cutting-edge commercial office development in the heart of Shoreditch, London.

This 62,628 sq. ft office building features 8 landscaped terraces, a vibrant courtyard, and over 8,400 sq. ft of rooftop terraces and green spaces.

Designed with a contemporary aesthetic, the landscaping blends seamlessly into its surroundings, creating a vibrant yet dynamic urban environment. The rear courtyard offers 4,000 sq. ft of outdoor amenity space, complemented by a 2,260 sq. ft communal roof garden.

IPM undertook the hard and soft landscaping and the internal flooring works. With a target BREEAM Outstanding Rating and an EPC Class A certification, the project exemplifies sustainability.

IPM will continue to maintain and manage the landscape and collaborate with the building’s management team to ensure the development thrives for years to come.
