Inspiring the Next Generation: Welcome Liam!

Updated: Oct 7

At IPM Facilities, we are passionate about inspiring the next generation of landscapers and grounds maintenance staff.

To celebrate our close connection with Merrist Wood College, part of the Guildford College Group, IPM Facilities is delighted to announce that Liam Dorning-Mils has joined us as a Grounds Maintenance Apprentice.

Liam will be working with us while pursuing his Level 2 and Level 3 Horticultural qualifications at Merrist Wood College. He will be predominantly based at Farnborough Business Park, working closely with our site foreman, Mark Hobbs, and Operations Manager, Dennie Hunter-Kiely. IPM Facilities will support Liam by providing training and practical work experience to complement his academic studies.

Mark Noakes, Managing Director, commented:

“We are thrilled to welcome Liam to our IPM family. At IPM, we are dedicated to inspiring the next generation and giving young and talented people an opportunity to enter the industry of their choice. Liam has already shown a strong work ethic and a desire to learn about horticulture and landscaping. We are excited for his journey and look forward to supporting his qualifications at Merrist Wood College, an academic institution with which we are fostering close relationships.”

From all of us here at IPM Facilities, we extend a warm welcome to Liam and look forward to all the positive contributions he will make.
