The 30th October 2020 was a significant day for two of our landscape foremen.

Tom Rowley and Shaun Atkinson had both achieved a milestone anniversary of 10 years working here at IPM.

Our MD presented them with engraved tankards to mark their anniversary along with cards and vouchers and other gifts at a small socially distanced gathering at our head office. He remarked “ We are so proud to have you as part of our work family. Congratulations on achieving this anniversary with us and we truly appreciate your dedication and hard work over the past 10 years. It’s a tremendous achievement and I want to express my personal appreciation for your achievement of this milestone. Loyal and dedicated employees like you are the foundation to any successful company. Thank you for your contribution to our success!” He went on to say “Tom, Shaun and I go way back! and they are not only loyal work colleagues but friends too. I salute these guys, they are the backbone of our Company”.

After the award ceremony, our MD, Tom and Shaun had lunch together and reminisced about the last 10 years!!
